Eastern Lancaster County School District is seeking a visionary leader of students and staff, who takes great care for the resources of the district, models life-long learning, and is a great communicator with the Board, staff, learners, and community. The successful candidate will have a focus and drive on ensuring the highest of possible outcomes from the learners within the district. Timeline & Process

The successful candidate is anticipated to begin on or about February 2022.

Desired experiences include: knowledge of educational research, trends, and innovation, school district fiscal operations and budgeting, community engagement and involvement; 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in education with Doctorate degree preferred.

Requirements: PA letter of eligibility; university transcripts; all required clearances, current Act 24, three (3) current letters of recommendation; application, cover letter, and resume.
